I'm surprised nobody mentioned the mustaches but the answer is simply the art direction for the series. Bonnie has big tits so they made them round. Kim is perky so they're pointy. And they decided to emphasize the upper lips instead of the lower lips and I kind of wonder what would happen if the "mustache" was flipped and used for the lower lip instead.
