Gonna try this again. Extra comfy Hulk thread.
Hulk Thread
Don't let me down this time, Hulk-bros.
I fear that until this pandemic is finally resolved, we won't have good Hulk stuff to talk about. Still, good not to "end" things for the time being. Hope you guys managed to get your copy of Immortal Hulk, it's his 750th issue
My shop has a shit ton of them. I also bought some back issues because I didn't start buying the floppies until #15
How far back? I'm still missing a few, and they're overpriced as shit on Ebay
You know Devil Hulk would backstab Hydra Cap the first chance he got. They may have similar goals, but their end points are wildly different.
>when your internet cuts out while you're fapping
Things I would like to see Ewing tackle in Immortal is Counter Earth that way he can continue that storyline from the Ultimates in the Hulk. Also would like to see Microverse involved. That's just me. I like all the weird sci-fi elements of the Hulk more than the horror.
Thanks, Hulk-bro.
Keep it going.
These peeps need a comfy Hulk thread.
Just about to read this.
Just 9-13. I found a #3 (albeit a 3rd-printing) but forgot to snatch it, but I'll probably get it once this covidshit blows over
d'awww
It would be great if Corman F4 was an official film released in the MU
David peaked in these issues.
Unfortunately, he fell into complacency very soon after.
Ten years of David riding Hulk's popularity.
The comic is lucky to have survived.
I’m reading them in the recently released omni. They’re pretty cool so far. I read Ground Zero ages ago and really liked it. I’m generally not much of a PAD fan, so I’m not surprised that it takes a turn fir the worst later on.
What is Hulk's future after IH?
I don't want to sound like an apologist, but I can't really blame PAD for how the later portion of the run turned out. Even though you could tell he was running out of steam not too long after the Pantheon disbanded, between editorial disrupting him with the Onslaught crossover and harping on him to bring back the Savage Hulk, I can understand why he burned out.
Man, I don't even want to think about it. I just hope we at least get to keep the current status quo with Banner's system. It's nice having all his personalities front and center with assigned roles to play.
>and harping on him to bring back the Savage Hulk,
But why?
Haven't seen any writer saying they want to write him.
I'd like Duggan desu, but first i want him in a proper Punisher ongoing.
Synergy with the '90s cartoon that was airing at the time, if I were to hazard a guess.
So did somebody pointed out the fact that the undead killing machine Hulk might be coming back?
I think someone did mention back in the storytime for #33, and with the covers for #36 it certainly seems more than likely.
Considering this happened about just a year ago it might very well be something planned for that fury.
I don't see why they would adress it anyways.
I like this one
this run was underwhelming
This era of Hulk was comfy
Sal Buscema is the best one.
>hulksmashingacuck.jpg
I'm partial to Buscema's Hulk also.
Not sure how the comic ever survived Trimpe.
His art was complete shit.
Epic
Savage Joe when?
What's the point in a Savage Joe?
No reason to have a weaker Savage.
>What's the point in a Savage Joe?
>No reason to have a weaker Savage.
>a Savage Joe would be weaker
That’s not the case at all.
Why do I like this so much?
lol when Kitty killed Hulk
I like that they immediately start thinking of body disposal.
Jesus, Fixit sucks so bad.
