X-Men: Evolution. If you don't like the 1st season, just read a summary and jump to the 2nd. Most of the 1st are the character introduction episodes. By the 3rd season, the show is at its best.

They're all good in their own ways. The orginal cartoon is good if you like campy action cartoons from the 90s. Plus it has the hottest rogue and uses Xmen stories and characters from the comics that aren't very main-stream. Evolution is pretty good if you're into big titty goth girls and were a kid or teenager in the early 200s. A lot of the clothing and technology in the show is very early 2000s. Wolverine and the Xmen is just a pretty solid Xmen cartoon all around, and does something similar to the orginal cartoon by utilizing characters and storylines from the comics that most people aren't familiar with.

i ride or die for TAS but it had the worst production value and the voicing wasn't great outside of the main cast and regulars.
Evolution looked frigging great, the VAs did a good job and the writing was mostly great in the later seasons but the setup of Season 1 hurt it a bit.
Wolverine's setup hurt it too since it started as a Wolverine show but morphed into a much bigger show about the entire X-World. Keeping so much focus on the least interesting Wolverine ever and not balancing out the attention that the individual X-Men got hurt what could have been a masterpiece. Nightcrawler is still the standout and I like what they did with Emma. They really did do some cool world building and I wish I could have seen more stories to fill it out.
