Literally every single time I've heard Lot3C brought up in the last several months, it's been to bash DT17 which only convinces me more that DT17 is better

Nah, it's brought up separately in duck threads (which are Cabs/DT/Comics combined) just as much as DT despite no new episodes in close to 2 years since the leaks
It's the more liked and better quality show

>It's the more liked
it's equal and only on Yas Forums. Go anywhere else and almost nobody's heard of it and DuckTales 17' is still better

all duck shows are autistic and up their own ass with lore give me a goofy cartoon please

>Jose season all but confirmed
We can hope.

>Go anywhere else and almost nobody's heard of it
Not really the fault of the show that Disney pretty much dug it deep with no promotion and far into the D+ catalog while everyone knows DT got rebooted.
Either way time to be positive and post birds

It's kind of hard to be positive when the thread was built on starting petty drama, again.

But the op isn't drama? It just says a show is the best show starring Disney ducks. It doesn't shit on the other shows
You might be getting the war to your head friend

Is worth getting Disney+ to watch.

When I need my fill of Ducks I just go and read an old Don Rosa classic.

Trial's free iirc. Or pirate it.

What is the best Rosa story in your opinion?

That's a tough one but if I had to go with my gut reaction then it would probably be the one where the beagle boys gets the blueprints for the money bin. I also like all the ones involving Arpin Lusene.
The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck overall is probably the objectively best thing Don Rosa has made though.

Life and Times is a bit of cheating to be fair so I'm glad you went with another story

I don't know what to tell you, user. When criticising a product, you use the closest example of that product done right. It happened with Outer Worlds and Fallout 1 and it'll happen with Ducktales and Caballeros. You're welcome to prefer Ducktales. But Caballeros is a good example of the adventure and energy that Ducktales is missing and people will bring that up from time to time.

One thing I notice that doesn't get brought up as much is how well Caballeros did their Secondary Villains.
>zombie moon aliens and a robot army Felldrake knew about
>roided out termites that were bothering Sheldgoose
>dude bro lizards
>the goblin criminal justice system and a walking Godzilla armory
>a rug amok
>a double crossing monkey manipulated by the main two
>a 1 v1 that turns out into a brawl
>death and Japanese legends
>a magical dragon summoned by little girls
>singing yetis and donald's own anger manifested
>the final showdown with the fully powered Lord Felldrake
Then they go and bring Sheldgoose's rival in as the Caballeros's new at home baddie. Which is great because it sets up next season for a whole gamut of A plots being the usual fare with B plots ready to revolve around a new angle of New Quackmore that had mostly gone ignored.

I wish. NuTales is literally a giant Monkey’s Paw.

>thread was built on starting petty drama
you're the butthurt faggot that brought up ducktales.

>best duck show
>support cast gets one episode each and shit ones at that
>one note villain
>poorly establish bond with trio that just met
>Daisy gets written as worst girl
>monster of the week formula
>threads filled with lolicon waifufags
Nah.

Doesn't sound like DT17 is going to do anything novel with Daisy. The main thing I gathered from the thread of the recent episodes was
>hey look they had goofy like they said oh and Max+Roxanne too
and
>Violet has two dads
Nothing on jokes or anything. They really made things harder by doing an intro episode about Daisy imo because you need time to get things rolling and by then the episode's half over.

>poorly establish bond with trio that just met
That's a joke right. How can anyone think their bond is poor or poorly developed

That's my only post in this thread lol

>threads filled with lolicon waifufags
You make it sound like DT threads don't have that shit either

HOW DO you play Threeses?
I think she's gonna appear in a few episodes as a party planner.

Considering that they were originally intending for her to literally be a "strong independent woman who don't need no man", I really have low hopes for her in DT
>The first draft of this episode featured one of our most famous cut plotlines: Daisy Duck as Glomgold’s assistant.
>Originally, Daisy was going to be Donald’s ex who was sick and tired of only being known as “Donald Duck’s girlfriend,” so she went to business school and became a career woman.
>Glomgold of course hired Daisy because if Scrooge had a Donald Duck in his organization, he needed someone equivalent. Anything Scrooge can do, Glomgold wants to do better.
>In the original version of this ep, Donald dropped off the boys at the Billionaire’s Club only to see Daisy working a fancy job for Glomgold. Unemployed Donald is embarrassed, so he decides to compete against the boys for the internship too. #DuckTales #RewriteHistory

It's not like Owlson was bad, but even at his lowest in Cabs, Donald was never ashamed of his newfound Caballero responsibilities impact on his job prospects. At most he was jealous of Dapper, sure, but you'd never think he'd compete against April, May, and June for employment. Though it is something I'd honestly would have liked to see between him, Jose, and Panchito given their theme song from the film. Frank sounds full of shit half the time with all those cut plotlines and what actually made it in the show. I think he's just one of those people who can try and make anything sound good, but can't deliver on his mountain of promises.

Say what you will about DT17 but they seemed to realize that the "Strong Woman who need no man" trope was dumb and decided to drop it for her. It seems like her role is going to be a lot more subtle than it initially was. I'll reserve my judgment till her episode airs. They still could totally fuck it up though.

>threads filled with lolicon waifufags
Unironically better than fags and fujoshits.

I love it when artists remember Panchito's the tallest

I watched it. It was actually quite good.

>3 gay caballeros
That line didnt age well, i blame the fags

I really hope they use Goofy for more episodes than the generic "hey everyone is here for the season finale" seriously I was expecting to see him in a adventure instead of that weird parody of the Disney channel sitcoms

but yeah Daisy is going to be just like 5 minutes on screen

Ducktales is a good show, but having so many characters makes it harder for me to invest in it.
It was an issue I had with the original, and the addition of even MORE characters in DT2017 has not helped.

It's probably why I always prefered Darkwing.

I like how no one seems to know what the fuck was going on there with him and if he actually exists in the show

The theme song changed it to "three brave Caballeros".

westaboos love them

i hope that's enough of a market

It true. There's no history and a lie about inheritance force them together and suddenly most of them are willing to throw their lives away and are BFFs? It's funny too rooster boy throw his friends off the first chance he gets in his episode.

Only Donald acts normal about the situation and still tries to do his own thing.

I don't see TC threads often with how much "care" there is and the thread you have now has fallen quickly into talking about that other show you hate so much. Even the Glitch Tech
threads are better than this.

>Ducktales is a good show,
Lol no.

Jesus user if you're not going to contribute to discussion or post art the least you can do is leave some shitty bait like the other guy.

>I don't see TC threads often
There's threads weekly
You seem petty right now my dude

I thought being gay was brave.

True. The Legend of Three Caballeros is more better than Ducktales reboot, that is, Gravity Falls with ducks.

Clinton is cute!

>Disney+
Paying for Disney+ is legitimately worse than paying for porn.

Word. Where's the Mega?

Based Drake user.
He was a real classy gentleman. Shame he likely got murdered.

He seems fine at least

Being dead tends to remove most worries, I'd imagine.

He kinda looks like a duck version of Larry David

Aside from the changing connotation of gay it makes sense since in the original film the three are just dudes showing each other places to have a good time while they're magical adventures in this series.

>tumblr defense squad is in this thread
Spooky.

For me, it's Carmen Molina
