Thinking about it the MHA setting is a bit better when it comes to treating foreign superheroes thus far; in that All Might is stated as the #1 ranked superhero in Japan not the whole world, and that the concept of superheroes beyond being vigilantes but actually part of the world first originated in America (Rhode Island).

There's not been throwaway one-note heroes/teams introduced just to job to a new threat.
The most blatant example of such for me will likely always be the so-called 'Triumph Division' who were killed off on the second page after they were introduced by suicide bombers just to make Tony Stark feel bad.

Being transported to such a different world would invalidate his current goals, there's no one to revenge himself upon.
