Unless the clips we were shown were just a bit of the episode, then unfunny references to sitcoms will not make a good episode. Worse of all, it's probably the only instance where we'll see cameo characters.

Goofy seems to be a reoccurring character in this season based on a few things said here and there. Also the clips shown were pretty hilarious in my opinion so I dont get what you mean.

Is it me or does it feel like Disney put so much into this series succeeding they told the crew to go all out and put as many nostalgia cameos as they can as a last ditch effort for this season so it'll get covered a ton of places? It seemed before it was relatively restricted but now it's a bit nuts
Sometimes I wonder if they'll acknowledge that this perhaps was not the right way to go and they shouldn't have tried burying the other series that could have fared better in the demographics they were looking for
