this seems like it would be an even fight
500 megaton punches per second Machamp has this in the bag
Machamp feats according to pokedex
- Capable of sending a human over the horizon in a single punch
- One arm can move a mountain (significant)
- capable of attacking from all angles at once
-physical reaction speed faster than it can think
- knows every martial arts in existence
- capable of hitting 1000 times in 2 seconds
- sends a train airborne in 1 punch (probably insignificant compared to the moves mountains thing)
- Gigantomax: each punch has the power of a bomb
- Gigantomax: capable of carrying a large ship
Ability wise: his attacks are literally impossible to dodge
this is without possible anime/manga feats
>Tomorrow
Its out on Sunday
Anyone got the Dropbox for the preview?
Goro is fucked
>Pokedex entries are used
>Low kick works best on heavy opponents
>Knock off removes Goro's weapons
>Machamp used Dual Chop, its super effectice
>his attacks are literally impossible to dodge
True but that means he also can't dodge anything as well
Works more in favor for Machamp especially when shit like Dynamic Punch inflicts confusion
yes but given his reaction speed as well as access to priority moves and his ability to strike at a massive speed he could get the first hit off
and there's probably some anime/manga feat that has him surviving an explosion which ups his durability
Who wins?
helps that all of those moves are level-up moves so there's zero excuse for him not having them
not if they used Pokedex entries.
They might use the same thing they did with johnny and scale him to Raiden creating and surviving a giant explosion
I believe that based on their previous death battles, the force needed to move a mountain is significantly higher than the force of an explosion
and I can see them use the logic that while he can survive an explosion, machamp's punches are each equal to an explosion and being hit with 1000 explosions in 2 seconds is to much even for him to handle
They said they're using Pokedex feats if there's backing by the actual feats
Machamp's shit is fairly consistent to the feats of the Pokemon world and its preview highlighted its pre evo feats
No the pokedex always hyper inflates the power the Pokémon has.
>pokedex entries
well I guess you're right then machamp would probably win. also it has access to TM moves and I'm pretty sure one of them is an OHKO attack.
Machamp cant even beat kung lao let alone goro
TMs are not allowed
Anything that requires an aid of a trainer isn't used in the fight
Major Glory. He can fly, right? I don't remember much about the shorts with him.
They can both fly
so machamp shouldnt be allowed then its a trade evo
Wild Machamp are a thing
How they evolve in the wild is beyond me
Machamp according to the Pokedex can throw 1k punches in just under 2 seconds
Oh okay. I'll still stand with Major Glory.
So what happened to Mega user? Last time I checked, he was MIA when last episode aired, unless he finally showed up.
>pokemon without trainers
They're fighting animals
He finally did show up and uploaded Gray vs Esdeath but like, on the same day it came out for the public
Machamp is explicitly mentioned as having mastered all known martial arts so it's not exactly like fighting an animal
These are getting dumber
Machamp has average intelligence for a Pokemon
Not super smart like Mewtwo or Lucario but still smart enough
Goro may have intelligence, range, experience, and weaponry but Machamp has versatility, a move that does more damage to dragons, a move that does more damage the heavier the opponent is, an attack that can nerf Goro's already inferior speed, an attack that removes Goro's weapon, etc
Machamp wins in most scenarios
Major Glory scales to the monkey.
And the monkey got some crazy ass feats.
Goro vs Machamp is fairly requested despite being a stomp
Its also thematic with some stuff other than just four arms (both being vidya servants and participants in fighting tournaments)
Pokemon intelligence is weird and varied.
Some pokemon are no intelligent than the animals they're based on, others are clearly stated to outperform supercomputers and have their own societal understand of the world.
inb4 the ending is Machamp using Dynamic Punch on Goro's face
The Pokemon rests up and tired only for Goro to get up and kill himself in confusion
That played into Starter Battle Royale
Charizard being a natural reckless idiot would charge into Blastoise first for a challenge
There's no way they'll give MK another loss.
Get ready to be butthurt Nintendocels.
Mate, it took four episodes for PR to get a win
It took three episodes for Pokemon, Mega Man, and Final Fantasy
Street Fighter had a losing streak for six episodes straight
Death Battle had a DC streak that lasted six wins
Conspiracyfags like you are a blight
Pokemon vs Monster Hunter episode when?
Goro has the capacity and desire to kill
If they were smart Goro would easily win this.
>not Pikachu vs Zatch Bell
If he's such a master, why is he shit tier in Pokken?
Death Battle removes killing restraint for all characters
I think Zatch stomps, he’s got an attack the size of the moon
So it's a good match up to that point where Zatch turns the table around with that attack.
he jobbed to kotal cuck in the comic
Pretty much since I don’t think Pikachu has anything strong enough
Machamp is ridiculously busted especially so if the possible TMs he can use are made available
He's not getting TMs
He doesn't even need them
Even a Machop could beat Goro
He's faster and Zatch might be a glass canon.
It's funny how going by solely their previews all you get is an 8 foot tall warrior prince who has lived for centuries and slaughtered dozens of people up against a 5 foot tall creature that's a fine a dozen that loves helping people
Yet the latter is gonna win
Bump?
Well, Machamp can be of different sizes if we go by Pokémon Go heights.
I stopped playing that shit last year but I recall having some pretty tall Machamps, 185cm+ iirc
That makes a similar sized match up possible.
How did he ever get enslaved by humans then.
Machamp love helping others
Machamp line likes to fight, a trainer can help them get stronger and find stronger opponents
It's not slavery, pokemon are basically Saiyins and love to find strong opponents and eventually pokemon learned that by working with humans they can challenge strong pokemon
Machamp do not occur naturally, they evolve through trading
Wild Machamp beg to differ
Those are just abandoned Machamps.
>Zatch might be a glass canon.
The Kid has taken A LOT of hits. Even if he is a demon kid.
IIRC he took Zeon lighting, which was stronger at the time, and took a few of high level spells, without Rauzaruku.
Zatch's main problem would be he's the lack of Kiyo.
He's the entire reason Zatch was able to become king thanks tos his strategies and planning. Even before Answer-Talker, Kiyo was the main reason they'd pull through half the time.
man the lore is deep
