I can say that some have good animation, but the Blood Angels one's voices...meh.

Kino armor.

White helmets with the crux terminatus denotes them as veterans trained for use of terminator armor and of rank and prestige to be members of the 1st company.

Some kind of warp related relic, possibly from another alien civilization.

Each bolter round was kicking up energy from the body. They are not going to stop until the shell stop doing weird stuff.

I've always wondered, is that the same for all Chapters or does each Chapter have different colors and insignia to mark their Veterans and stuff?

Not all Chapters do the same, but the animator released an infographic for the Chapter, and they're considered "80% Codex Compliant". That doesn't mean much on the face of it, but it does mean that it's safe to assume that the crux denotes his Terminator honors.

so real question here, seince this is a new chapter we know nothing about, are we to assume they work with the inquisition, serve the inquisition, or perhaps even have sway over the inquisition as some kind of bizarre minor ordo/ attachment to an ordo

Because the one episode of eisenhorn where space marines show up (which does happen in the novels), it's gonna get compared to this.

That is possible. There are a lot of chapters that mostly(or entirely) serve the Inquisition. coincidentally a lot of these Chapters eventually go Traitor and form a chaos warband.
