The coloring is atrocious. It looks good on a few pages with the texture but otherwise it's too digital and too flat with painfully weak gradient effects on some backgrounds.
Seems like this had some juice and then was reduced to digital only at which point they half assed the rest.

This is because DC doesn't understand that red hood is loved by the generation just AFTER the one that loves TAS.
They conflate a lot of fandoms and end up shitting all over themselves constantly. TASfags are traditionally dick fans and would prefer nightwing stories to red hood ones.

I agree on the coloring, way too "flat" for me. If you're going to make something based on BTAS, at least give it some kind of grain and grit filter to make it look like animation cells.

Yeahh if you look at the art in most of that book the blacks are heavy and take up a lot of space. Looking at the above it seems as if the inks (if it wasn't straight to digital that is) would be minimal with mostly white space to be covered.
That's a big thing these days. Rather than blacks they leave the space white and let the colorist just go darker than normal.
