This, unironically. Something about intentionally making media looking bare bones or cheap giving it more character in it's delivery. Like the classic episodes of South Park when they did use paper cut outs.

I do enjoy the relationship the cast has with each other
Megg and Moggs codependent relationship where each one is holding the other down. They both need someone to comfort them and both can't realistically move on without cutting ties with the other
Mogg being far too complacent with his life and Megg's mental condition that she makes worse then it actually is and crippling depression

Their relationship with Owl is interesting too. They need a fall guy to make them feel better so they repeatedly treat him like shit and ruin his life on multiple occasions and only feel bad when they messed with him too much for him to want to be around anymore

I think all the characters are clinically depressed and/or unhappy with their lives. In response they are just trying to find anything to keep their minds off of it. Be it sex, intoxicants, or pranks. The depression and unhappy with your life are relatable.

Alright, I take it back. Megg’s Animal Crossing freakout was definitely relatable.

You know it's non-canon when Owl is putting people in their place.

I found this comic book so fascinating, that i checked out the interviews with Simon regarding the series... from my understanding, this is what's going to happen whenever the series is done:

>Owl is the only character to have his shit together. He's the only character to actively make a change/have a conclusion to his story arc. Hell he already left the story although he comes back later.

>WWJ. He's going to die again at some point. There are 2 strips that depicts his death in differently, both made non-canon. I can only assume Hanselmann wants to redo his death a third time with a bang.

>Jaxon has shown signs of daddy issues and interest in science. There's a strip where he's at WWJ's grave with Owl. He'll likely study hard and have a normal life with trauma.

>Diesel will probably become like WWJ.

>Megg will probably live and become a productive member of society, but at a bare minimum.

>Megg's mom is probably going to die from years of coke abuse.

>Mogg - not sure. I have a feeling he'll be unable to move past Megg's change and will either kill himself or "leave" the story without any reason of significance.

>Dracula Jr. will continue having chem-sex with bear.
