As a non comic reading fan of DC characters, I always thought superman and wonderwoman had the same strength, but superman has the invulnerability in addition which makes him harder to injure even with equal strength.

Wondy powers don't work like that, Wonder Woman is as strong as the things she face and her limit used to be the power of GEA (weight of earth), but that's not longer the case, in general if wondy fights humans she can he harm by human arrows, but if she is fighting an army she can easily endure missiles and tank attacks, her power scales around her needs. Sadly as times passes she is turn into just a flying brick.

It depends on how the magic works. If its a magic spell that hits somebody with the same force as a bullet, it wouldn't do anything more than a normal bullet would do. If its a magic spell that punches a hole in *anything*, then it will punch a hole through superman because it disregards the physical resistance to something all together.
Its like a magic forcefield where one can withstand 10k pounds per inch, superman could break through that even though its magic because he could overwhelm its physical limit. Then another magic forcefield that has no weight limit and connot be broken by physical means. Superman would not be able to punch through that.

Traditionally vampires entirely turned to ash/dust in sunlight, meaning that the intolerance to sunlight is on a cellular level. That would mean that any infectious vampire viruses/toxins would also instantly and spontaneously burn away, before infecting anything.
