>Fav allies & characters for her to interact with?
Carol
I wonder if Kelly will avoid a crossover or steer into it like she did with Rogue
Still a big fan of Liu and Acuña's Name of the Rose, but I'm looking forward to this new series coming out. The interviews really sold me on it.
Other than that, Edmonson/Noto's run was alright, Waid/Samnee's had gorgeous art but kinda went to the same familiar places, and Macchio/Perez' Web of Intrigue is solid classic stuff. Rucka's Marvel Knights mini was weird as shit but I enjoy seeing the lengths Nat will go to to avoid others becoming like her.
>Hopes for the movie?
A 2020 release.
They need to seriously never do another Red Room story.
Oh and Maria but that should be obvious.
>Fav allies & characters for her to interact with?
Is there any cool stories with her and the orignal Black Widow. I think something cool could be done with both.
Well done sir!
Man, it was fun to see Widow go grindhouse violence on fuckers, but if I read "No-Restraints Play" one more time I'm gonna puke.
I think avoid for now since Nat showed up in Carol's book already.
That was a fun run besides dumb Clint.
I thought Nat explicitly told Jess during the series that Clint fakes being dumb.
Strike that it was Maria
Meh character and now thanks to synergy they will turn Taskmaster into his biggest villain without reason.
>his
Please learn english.
lost to black canary, which is was right.
I liked it
>Carol making Nat carry her despite being able to fly
Hilariously in-character
Source?
Anime widow is so hot
but muh ledger
Cute issue
Also the only modern mention of Carol having seventh sense.
I think Damon Dran was literally her only major/recurring villain who was entirely unconnected to the Red Room, and they killed him off in the Edmondson run (then again, he had already died twice before).
Are the second post links the reccomended reads?
It's strange, I feel like I've seen the movie already. Like, I feel like the movie has come and gone and left little impact, and I just can't get this strange deja vu feeling out of my head.
Love me some Frank Cho Nat
Also her and Bucky are just perfect to me, it's such a good fit, Daredevil wasnt bad, Clint just feels forced
Her and Carol are wonderful, I would love to see her and Black Cat from a pure scientific fapbait standpoint
In the Name of the Rose was a solid story
Would love for the movie to give her the chance to lead, and call the shots instead of her taking orders again, see how leapfrogged into IW/Endgame fuck it mode, which was great. Supporting characters should be strong but not overshadow her and for it to come out on demand early or on time
>we only had short hair nat and carol at the same time for two issues immediately post-galactic storm
Shame.
Cute, but she looks like she needs to sleep.
They are all her standalone series.
I like this moment in the final trailer, she actually looks legit scared of Taskmaster.
Since most Widow stories focus on her past, if I ever get the chance to write a BW story I'd do one that focuses on her future instead. Like her actions in the present lead to some fucked up shit down the line and the villain has to kill her ala Terminator before she does any further damage or something. Or maybe something about Widow going full circle by becoming the leader of a new Red Room that trains future vigilantes.
Bump
yeah you can really tell they tried to elevate her from a team character to a solo when the movie hubbub started simply because she has no real supporting cast or villains. Except Ivan and he got turned INTO a villain and it was really fucking cringy.
>Hopes for the movie?
Drunken Russian post-mission incest.
>"It is alright, moya kroshka, just drink until the shaking stops..."
>"Papa, does it... always feel like this when you kill a man?"
>"No, sister..."
>"Yelena?"
>"... sometimes it feels like THIS."
>"~Oohh! Bozhei moi!"
