Attached to it is a symbiotic alien willing to explain to her all this and claims to be a guard from the ship. He does the whole venom living clothes thing to her and gives her crazy powers in exchange for help catching the criminals until back up arrives.

The obvious twist is he one of the criminals, according to the hot space cop lady that shows up he is "one of the worst criminals ever", the second twist is that it's not because he did anything exceptionally bad, but that he has committed more minor crimes than any other living organism. He's trying to get his sentence reduced by catching the other criminals.

There will be romantic tension between the teen and the aliens that is in constant contact with ever inch of her body.
