Just in general. The art is kinda "eh..." and the poses/arrangement of the characters looks almost amateurish.

In Europe, all of REH's Conan stories are now public domain, so a lot of European comics creators are doing their takes on it.
And then supposedly it turned out that a lot of REH's original Conan text stories are actually public domain in the US (I forget the reason though). This prompted Ablaze to try to print the European Conan, but under the comic title "The Cimmerian" instead of "Conan" because Conan is trademarked.

Nobody has the rights because all classic Conan stories are in the public domain.

Robert Howard estate only owns rights to the later stories and the trademark - which is why the comic is called Cimmerian and not Conan.
If you want, you can put Conan into story you're making no problem.

I like the armored Conan and the pulpy feel. Definitely feels much closer to original stories than most modern takes.

I think the other thing is that you have to do it based on whatever REH's description of him is like, and also the drawings from the original pulp stories. You might not be able to use the later designs.
