As for speculation, there's something clearly wrong with Green Scar Hulk. Savage Hulk could smell the lies, something off, and I think Joe Fixit knew. Scar could be Leader pulling the strings, or even Brian Banner

How can anyone think that this is scary for real? How can anyone take seriously a horror book with Green Trump as a supposed to be frightening monster? You guys are just forcing onto yourself the new fade there will be in this hivemind of a board, with the blandest, tamest, most classicly safe comic book there can be, while your selective outrage is shitting on Shelton's The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers for things that would be praised if they were written by someone else, but NOOOOOOOOOOOO you have to shit on it even if it's good because the hivemind dictates you to do so!!!

So what's the precedence for this new ability? He literally has infinite potential to pull from any Hulk form at any given moment without needing to reset. He want's Devil's healing? Got it. He wants the strength of Worldbreaker? Have that too. Do you expect any other writer to use it in any future cameos/one-shots?
Probably something similar to Children of the Corn. Though, based on the other spin-offs, it'll probably be some minor villain that causes a bit on an inconvenience for a couple pages.

Not the other guy, but I'm starting to kind see a pattern with the villains that get their shit fucked in this run of the comic.
Consider that previously Agger teamed up with the dark elves to fuck up all the norse realms and Earth a while ago, and all the other evil shit he's done, and gets defeated fairly normally. But in this story line he's not just comic book evil, but also Current Year(tm) evil with fake news and planning to slander team Hulk by exposing Prof. Dilator's real gender, and NOW he gets shrekt worse than pretty much any other villain ever.
Didn't that one gamma guy early on who Hulk dismembered and buried alive kill his wife or daughter or something.
Then there was also the minor subplot with the security guard dad in one of the issues.
