They're a mentally handicapped adult married couple that was held back for 10 years in the 5th grade. Kyle is their social worker but they think he's a wizard because he has the social and mental skills they lack. This is evidenced by Fanboy and Chum Chum's grandiose sense of self and their strange erratic behavior. They see themselves as the good guy in every situation even when they've basically driven Lenny insane and treat their friends like trash. Kyle complains about them being around him, but he doesn't do anything about it because he doesn't want to be reported to his boss again. Milkweed, in reality, is the name of the company he works for.
