She is trying to help, basically taking him on a tour of different magical therapists, but she's clearly high off of her own happily ever after. She couldn't have known that Steven just iced someone.
He was the one that tried to deal with her thousands of years of trauma by singing her a hopeful song about change a few months back. I doubt that she expected him to be in full PTSD mode.
