Well, it will be digital but it will not be better for the consumer. If all publishers go digital only then Marvel and DC will both remove their comics from sites like comixology and put them on proprietary services only in order to get the most out of those sales, much like what happened with Netflix losing so much of their stuff. Which will probably make people pirate more and make them lose even more money.
