Can't you read?
All bloodthisty monsters on a leash!
Leash that fucking fox
In the middle of the isles.
Tails doesn't want blood, he wants feces
Finally got around to watching this, It's alright. Painfully "by the books" as far as story beats go, but I like the setting and I like Eda. What I'm trying to say is: post Eda.
Is Amity adopted? Is that why she has brown roots while her siblings don't?
magic infertility
>Luz, Eda and Ed look for the philosopher's stone together.
I have brown hairs while my brother is blonde.
And they're my real parents I took the blood sample
The way Eda's hair interacts with that bench is triggering the fuck out of me. Is it like that in the original?
Hopefully the second half of the season is better.
Eda's got a nice pair of hooters.
Why is Hooty so based and redpilled?
For any and all who dislike the show please reply here why.
The writing is shaky and the show feels directionless. The party also gets split far too often which has left Eda and Luz's relationship feeling way under developed.
Needs more Owls with guns
>Welcome to the Glock House
>Why is Hooty so based and redpilled?
He banished giraffes in our world
Agreed!
>Dana Terrace sleeps her way to a high rank at DTVA, usurping various other people in the process
>as a director of nuDuckTales, nearly tanked the show by making it the Deification of Webby Saga
>is thrust into a showrunner role with The Owl House, where there were numerous problems with production including huge delays, her punching cintiqs, original VA for King quit leading to her bringing in her manlet boyfriend to rewrite and redub all of the lines
>delayed until 2020, Amphibia stole its thunder and Owl House was forced to compete with much more professionally produced cartoons like Kipo or Glitch Techs that eclipsed it (the latter stole all the fan content creators too)
>first episode was a disaster with a rushed transition to the fantasy world, choppy animation, unfired Chekhov's guns (those prisoners they freed, except for Dana's ugly self insert goblin thing)
>most of the other episodes were forgettable, badly paced, pointless, and/or following a formula of Luz a-plot/King & Eda b-plot, the only episode that genuinely touched upon this show's creepy elements was The Intruder
>Luz's obligatory DTVA executive order friends are terrible
>Amity went from bully to NWMM Pacifica way to fucking fast and was replaced with an identical bully girl the next episode
>King is annoying and with Alex writing all his lines he is nothing but snarky meta-commentary directed as the online fandom
>there is no overall coordination with the writing, for instance they introduce the school, bait Luz into going to it, ban her, then a few episodes later she is going to it, wtf? and this lack of coordination is even seen within episodes sometimes like multiple different people are writing different portions of it
>lackluster midseason finale
Annechads... won
Dana directed DuckTales?
>Eda: This one here is the Liberator. You'll be using it for now
>Luz: But what about that one?
>Eda caresses the Desert Eagle: You aren't ready for this baby.
Other then Dana did make Ducktales sink
It failed to live up to the success it was supposed to be given even after burying the show people wanted
>original VA for King quit leading to her bringing in her manlet boyfriend to rewrite and redub all of the lines
Holy shit, I had no idea. For some reason I thought Hirsch was planned from the start.
Dana really directed Ducktales?
Yes, I forgot the name of the director she usurped the role from... some CBT cuck Male Ally™ that worked with her on Gravity Falls, Fresherchad talked about it in that Bunderdome podcast.
Where is Alex and/or Dana? I should've gotten one of those "Ok Luke! You can't fool Us 4channers! We know you got epically cucked like the incel kekistani magapede you are! We are Legion shiggy diggy and all that! I end every sentence with an exclamation point!" replies by now.
For a bit until she got her own show
There was quite a bit of corruption that went on with that show
Notably King is easy as fuck to rewrite/redub because he doesn't have a mouth.
I feel happy for that original VA for getting the fuck out of this disaster
I hope to fucking Allah Disney gets its fucking shit together after the Based Virus is over. They have been carelessly doing shit for far too long. Hopefully they'll start taking everything seriously instead of thinking "fuck you, sheep, you will buy whatever we shat out!"
Amity deserves a better show.
they for Corona'd
Ok Coomer.
>Amity deserves a better show.
What is with this fetishism for Amity?
She is a cunt and bully who never once apologized for hurting Willow and for shaming Luz (maybe Luz forgave her but Amity still didn't proved any kind of guilt for it).
It's not that I hate who like her, but why with "best girl" when she is a bully?
>original VA for King quit
Where did this info come from?
I want to creampie eda
Oh Luke.....
Given she was made by Dana there's no way she could have had a better show
What is a new writer and director?
Not just made BY Dana, user. Made from her.
So what are your guesses on what happened to the Bat Queen's original master?
looks like a stone cold cunt
It's probably the Emperor or maybe the giant skeleton the island is built on. I don't think they'd introduce a new mystery thread that isn't going to tie into the rest of the story somehow.
Either the Emperor, the guy who cursed Eda, or just some nobody giant that dumped her and fucked off for subversion.
So can we agree in context of getting primetime airings, being heavily advertised with millions of dollars, having a higher budget then just about every Disney show, and everything else that Disney did to try and prop this up that Owl House is a failure?
I don't know what the TV ratings are but it's certainly not getting the groundswell of fan support that something like GF or even Amphibia got. It's possible that actual kids enjoy it, but I'm not seeing effusive praise and positive word of mouth like I do for other shows.
>ratings
here.
en.wikipedia.org
>''FullMetal Alchemist''
Edna balls
The ratings are hard to compare to current Disney shows since most air at like 8 am on weekends on XD while this is primetime on Disney
Not only that, but it airs on Friday nights, which is a death slot.
I would have figured the "just got out of school" slot would be prime real estate for Disney.
>but why with "best girl" when she is a bully?
Bullies are best girls
No one wants to know that.
The Bat Queen's owner is just the reason she is there, not a character
animelet here.
What's the deal with FMA that makes you think these 2 are crossoverable?
I don't think it's a deathslot for preteens
And it especially isn't with this virus now
Why not? Well, I like the fact that Luz can't do magic by any conventional means she uses a transmutation circle to conjure up light. But as Eda said " Everything comes from something." in episode-4-The Intruder, as stated in FullMetal alchemy is a science so it must follow the natural laws: to create, something of equal value must be lost. When Luz drew on a piece of paper to cast the spell, that paper turns into material for the light. This is the principal of equivalent exchange.
I already explained in the last thread why that's bullshit
Emperor
She's literally doing alchemy but doesn't know it. I know the show won't be consistent with how she does magic but it's fun to imagine humans using alchemy long ago in the boiling isles.
So explain the wooden sign from your post, which wasn't consumed by the spell.
>humans
Where do you get that idea? Eda said that there was an old way witches did magic
