Trailblazer: Most of the potentially interesting stuff I can come up with don't relate to her being a Superhero.
Snowflake and Safespace: Could focus on their brother and sister relationship and maybe find some godforsaken reason why they chose those names to begin with.
B-Negative: Focus on morlun and maybe deal with not being human anymore and playing hero is a way to cope.

For the team as a whole I think it would be interesting for them to continue to try to be heroes despite most everyone openly mocking them and dealing with their own problems.

I see anons have already reached the acceptance part of the usual comics cycle.

screentime would be a joke character. thats it. his whole 'internet gas' and 'has a direct connection to google' backstory is already a joke so fuck it lets just play on it. "fuck that building on fire what do we do" "quick screentime watch a youtube video!"
snowflake and safespace would be cheeky little trickster type bastards who ironically despite their names dont at all care what others think of em, constantly make jokes about themselves being nonbinary and possibly get some incest action in.

With Screentime you can also bring up things like privacy and voyeurism. The easiest way to explain why Snowflake and Safespace would choose those names, without going into irony or humor, would be to make them foreigners who didn't catch the wider implications of the terms before making them their monikers. It'd clash with what we know about Snowflake, but you could get around that by having her non-binary status be something she develops into rather than a starting point. As for Safespace, a superhero with a completely defense oriented powerset who can only use it to protect people other than himself is a pretty neat concept in general and should be leaned on.
