Shotguns are more the signature weapon of the Resistance Leader. He keeps a pair of mag-fed shotguns under his coat to whip out dramatically when shit goes down.

He's sort of a parody of those kinds of characters. Y'know. The really edgy ones that the author never stops pushing as "Behind everything." And they have that fucking stupid Joker smile. You know the kind. Stuff like Knull and TBMWK.

I always considered the gauntlet to be something that gives a general boost in strength and durability, to the point of her being she-hulk level. Of course it might still work with magnets manipulating gravity and shit, and she may figure out how to tap into this eventually, but not to the point where she starts flying around or doing magical point-and-feel-the-force jedi tricks.

Dunno how it is an "existence fetish" but Nicky seems to be immortal. Whether he is just not aging or has rapid healing or just lives very long, that hasn't been decided (he has been seen getting wounded). But he has been around since the late 19th century minimum.
