Being vegan was the last of his problem in that moment

>Man I don't like eating meat
>*Hasn't eaten for a day*
>Screw that it's meat collecting time

He eat an hamburger with his father also

It's a realistic portrayal of everyone's week-long vegan phase at 16.

HAH! I never went vegan at 16. What a faggot

It’s ironic so it’s okay

Pescetarianism is a thing, but most people are going to ignore this post.

Why didn't he transported the shattered part in a bubble?

isnt this the beginning of the last avengers movie

too busy freaking out/probably went into shock so he wasn't thinking clearly

Maybe it was one of those estrogen filled beyond burgers.

it was a vegan burger.
They use colorants for making it seems like meat

Why imitate meat aesthetic if the people who eat veggie burgers dont eat fucking meat?

It makes me feel better

because lower humans need to be coddled into doing the right thing

>Abandoning the ancient mutualism of our species, leaveing our partners to go extinct
>The right thing
You disgust me traitor

Chances are he cracked her by smashing her with the shields until the gem just yielded and broke.
Bubbling her would to me seem like begging for a pulverization of the gem, given how he was far beyond controlling himself.

Vegetarians generally don't forgo meat because they hate the taste

That's a vegetarian thing (or rather semi-vegetarian). That word doesn't seem to be used very often nowadays, by the way. Most plant-eaters prefer the term 'vegan', huh.
Veganism is a very radical attitude against any and all animal-based products: meat, seafood, insects, eggs, dairy, leather, fur, wool, feathers... They don't all agree on honey and silk but fish is strictly off-limits.

They have to trick themselves into thinking they're eating something better while maintaining the idea that they're somehow morally superior

Most of those guys don't eat meat out of ethics
Only small portion I think don't eat meat because of taste or health issues

Because they want regular people to eat the burgers too, and they won't eat it if it's green.

Fish ain't meat

They like the taste and just don’t wanna eat the real thing

Insects? That's just fucking dumb.

veganism is natural if the man choose it.
Gays adopting children is natural if the couple won the right to have them by fighting the couple.
Stonge Age talked!

Dead animal is meat

feesh aint animal

Mushrooms aren't plants and thus not vegetarian, yet vegans gobble bread and drink alcohol like there's no tomorrow.
tl;dr "vegan" or "vegetarian" means nothing.

Fish are lesser species as far as fiction is concerned. I find it odd whenever a character refuses to harm an animal for sustenance even when they caught and ate fish before.

Explain sharks being on Animal Planet

>Fish are lesser species

Okay, ani/pol/.

>having an animal live in a 1x1x1 foot cube covered in it's own shit, being shot up with antibodies so it can survive living in it's own shit, never seeing the sun until one day somebody shoves an electrode up it's ass, fries it to death, sends it to be chopped up by shit-smered knife by exploited sick workers, sprayed with some toxic garbage so it stays pink even as it goes rancid, wrapped in bpa leeching plastic, and then stocked on a shelf
>finding a normal fish living a normal fishy life where it can eat crickets and cum all over hot mounds of fish eggs, catching it, killing it with two simple slashes of a knife
These are ethically distinct.

You’re still killing something for food.

I know some people who won't eat factory farmed but if they hunt/fish it or get it from a hunter they trust they'll eat it.
It's easier to just describe yourself as a vegetarian/vegan instead of going on a long-ass explanation nobody gives a shit about.

Can't tell what's high effort bait or sincere dilusion on Yas Forums anymore, and I've been coming here for over a decade.

It really is hard to tell after Gamergate. Also, someone killing a fish in their natural habitat for survival isn't really what vegetarians/vegans decry. Fish also don't have the mental capacity to truly experience suffering like cows/chickens/pigs do.

Yeah his veganism seems fishy to me.

The industry surrounding animal products on a mass scale is damaging the planet, that is theoretically what Steven would have been supporting you know the defense of our home

I ate fried potatoes, green peppers and beans in tomato sauce last night. Does that make me vegan?

did you know there was a study that showed individual cockroaches develop unique personalities and show similar responses to trauma as mammals?

It makes you a Catholic?

Do you think Steven is brimming with testosterone? Doesn't he spend his time intersexed?

>At the anatomical level, fish have neurons known as nociceptors, which detect potential harm, such as high temperatures, intense pressure, and caustic chemicals. Fish produce the same opioids—the body’s innate painkillers—that mammals do. And their brain activity during injury is analogous to that in terrestrial vertebrates: sticking a pin into goldfish or rainbow trout, just behind their gills, stimulates nociceptors and a cascade of electrical activity that surges toward brain regions essential for conscious sensory perceptions (such as the cerebellum, tectum, and telencephalon), not just the hindbrain and brainstem, which are responsible for reflexes and impulses.
Pain is for everyone.

Oh, and the fish he ate was a vegan fish!

It's okay to eat fish cuz they don't have any feelings

damn bro so I'm literally worse than Hitler every time I fumigate my house

I BOW TO YOUR STRENGTH

Unironically true, as cockroaches have more humanity than jews.

reality is a prison by which all things exist to perpetuate suffering.

Sure does. Everyone's a vegan til they're not.

In all seriousness, you don't have to stop eating meat entirely to make a difference, just cut down on it. People who are vegan for animal welfare reasons are naive but people who are vegan for environmental or health reasons can cheat as much as they feel comfortable with.

The look is one thing but honestly, I like veggie burgers more that don't try to imitate the taste of meat.

Killing something for food is fine, torturing something for food is not.

>vegan
>antivaxx
>raised by a lesbian commune

Anything else?

Regular people won't order a beyond meat burger in the first place, they're just gonna get a normal burger

That's why I said regular people; they want people who would normally never eat a vegan burger to try the beyond meat burger, which they especially won't do if it doesn't look like a regular burger. They think if everyone tries to order the burger once and thinks "it's about the same, but I'll still order normal burgers in the future", at least the costs they put into developing the burger won't be put to waste.

He’s pro vaccinations, he’s pissed they didn’t give him that

But Steven didn't say he was vegan. He explicitly said vegetarian.

They miss meat from time to time.

Same difference.
