I hope they come up with some new concepts for sketches, some of the original ones were really lame. Chicken Boo never got a single laugh out of me.

There are some similarities but I wouldn't go as far as calling it a ripoff. A lot of the shapes used are totally different

quite the contrary, Rita actually got shoved aside and didn't appear the the later episodes of the original series, Minerva will most probably show up in a toned down version of her former self
