I've been following this show since it premiered on November 4, 2013. Feels like yesterday when the biggest threat of the show was Jasper and Peridot.

I'm gonna miss it dearly, but it's better it ends now than becomes an Adventure Time or SpongeBob.

Yas Forums might say otherwise but this is one of the few Western cartoons of the last decade to stay consistent in quality throughout its run.

I'm sure it's a fine show (I never watched it due to just growing out of TV before it aired in the UK) but SU will always be more special to me. There was a dip in the middle or so but I felt things turning around in S5 even if it was rushed due to the obvious reasons. The Movie and Future are making for a great conclusion.

You should try watch AT. It's just a more entertaining, imaginative and better made show as a whole, plus the lore is far more nuanced.

It didn't suffer as much as SpongeBob did, but you can definitely feel something off about the show around the mid-way point of Season 5.
