>Steven sees his dad Greg break into a house >Greg doesn't really explain why >Steven looks through the house to leave a note and finds out it's his grandparents home >Greg doesn't want talk about anything other than a CD he wanted to get >Greg dismisses the grandparents as overbearing >Greg starts playing the CD and Steven finds out, to his dissapointment and annoyance, that Greg allowed some vague song lyrics guide his life choices more than his family. >Life choices that led to him living an aimless life, a life he mistakenly believes does have an aim >Steven then realises Greg idiotically decided to raise his him so off-hands he didn't even think basic education and health care mattered. >Greg just says freedom is everything and that Steven has it better than he, even though Steven is clearly upset he didn't even get to know his own granparents because of Greg's decisions >After a car crash, Greg just tries to take it cool and offers Ice Cream, clearly not understanding what his son actually needs.
... So uh, yeah... The show actually acknowledged that Greg is not a good father. Until now it just seemed like we were just meant to think he was totally fine because of his laid back attitude..
Relating to Mr Universe: Steven reminds me of one of those kids who religiously watches Ben Shapiro in an act of rebellion against his hippie parents and believes in "traditional values" as a result; craving a "normal family" while not actually knowing what he believes in in the first place.

So where are all those morons who claimed Greg wasn't a bad father? You can bow to my power now.
>Wirt leaves home feeling just as stifled as Greg. >That's why he's not in the one picture we see of the family. >Greg has such a grudge against Wirt for '"leaving him behind" he doesn't even acknowledge him. >To Greg he has no brother. It could still work if you squint.

I don’t think one reply really counts but do you bro. Personally I was always more into Clay.

Aired a little whole ago. I think some user already has an upload
Anger is a ugly emotion user, and turns out humans are mighty shallow.
Luis Long
Dumb but hot. Just like Jasper.

>Implying hippies are more than a shallow counter culture.
Ian Young
Wish we coulda seen Steven realize what he did before just cutting to him running into the house. Need those good good tears of regret and self-hatred.
Jose Russell
This shit is starting to disturb me. What ever happened to "believe in Steven"? Now Steven is a jaded schizo who can hardly keep himself from murdering people half the time.
Carson Baker
A loud applause to the ones that predicted Jasper would have helped Steven and Jaspeven rise
So now that Connie cucked him Steven finally sees the truth that kicking asses is actually fun and Jasper the ultimate gf?
Logan Walker
the fact that you are overhyping a show that is literally crying and singing 'til the end just proves how much we are in need of a REAL GOOD cartoon >inb4 le believe in funny steven meme Believe in these balls, faggot
