No child aka the claimed target audience will understand the joke. None of them will probably even care about it meaning it is directed at a specific group of people. Just because people talk about it doesn't mean it was an effective jab, it doesn't mean anyone is "triggered". Does it really matter?

Current Cartoon Network only plays a show for about 1-2 months. Then takes it off for about 8-10 months. Then plays season 2 for about a month then takes it right off again. Even wildly successful shows will have massive months long times of not being on and zero mention.

I think people have completely forgotten why TTG is so hated. It's not the content, or ruining the old show. It's the fact that it is the only thing on for hours and hours every single fucking day every day without fail. While everything else go through three month long hiatuses between episodes.

People were damn tired of 10 hour long TTG marathons every day in 2015. It's just pure driven hatred of it existing now.
