>CATWOMAN 80TH ANNIVERSARY 100-PAGE SUPER SPECTACULAR #1
written by ED BRUBAKER, PAUL DINI, TOM KING, ANN NOCENTI, MINDY NEWELL, WILL PFEIFER, and more
art by CAMERON STEWART, MIKEL JANÍN, ADAM HUGHES, EMANUELA LUPACCHINO, STEVE RUDE, JIM BALENT, TULA LOTAY, and more
cover by JÖELLE JONES
Our gal Catwoman is turning 80 next year (and looking very good, if we meow say), and DC is celebrating with nothing less than with a huge soiree, invite only, packed with creators who mean the most to her and to whom she means the most! Stories featured in this 100-page spectacular include a tail—sorry, tale—that takes place at the end of the Brubaker/Stewart Catwoman run, in honor of artist Darwyn Cooke. Plus, Catwoman is caught by an exotic cat collector, runs into a wannabe thief trying to prove himself as her apprentice, encounters a mystery involving memorabilia from alternate continuities, and of course some Bat/Cat fun.

weak

they are a bit saggy and separated one from each other.

>Natali Sanders (KRS Comics exclusive)

Which cover are you getting? Do you guys ever buy more than one? I bought the Hughes Wonder Woman for example, but was also considering Perez’s

I still miss the goggles, and I don’t fully understand the exposed armpits. The cowl is nice though

Shannon Maer (Comic Mint exclusive).

Best covers in my humble opinion 90s,80s,50s 2010s in that order. The BATS looks good too, same this one by Shannon Maer.

90's-era trade dress and logo are so damn comfy.

Trash.
Here's the only Catwoman artist that matters

Catwoman is trash no matter the costume

at least she is better than harley quinn and posion ivy.

why didn't Hughes get to do his usual Hepburn Catwoman?

sometimes is good to change.

well apparently not this time, this cover looks uninspired

Looks like Isa Briones

I don't like the 90s costume but it looks great here

boots and gloves are perfect.

J Scott Campbell should be shot

He always drawn same girls in same poses, only changes costumes.

Is it a face issue?

yeah with those nose and eyes.

You are describing 96% of the comic artists out there, pro or online.

not that user, but campbell only draws one body type for women and they're always sticks with weird sharp, jagged edges.

if you confront him online, he'll just post his reference material with really really thin women that he obviously cherrypicked to defend himself because he knew he'd get flak.

and if he prepares himself for criticism with very niche examples because he expects it, then he probably knows he's doing something wrong. then he goes on some rant about "i love women, you don't love women, fEmiNiST," when really people critique him on his shitty anatomy.

not cool, shame on Campbell.

>but campbell only draws one body type for women
So like basically every other artist who has a specific style? Sounds like you're one of the people he told to shut the fuck up on Twitter and now you have some grudge against him.

Comfy, looks like an old DC trading card

I've said it dozens of times but Sinclair colors and possibly even the inks absolutely ruin Lee pencils. Compare what he posts on social media to covers. Absurd.

Sinclair ruins everyone

Are these jst photos with some minor painting over them?

Best covers right here.

I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the Balent costume.

I like long hair Catwoman better

that's because you're human trash

You really want this fight?

I like it.

you sound like such a fag

Really, really good. So many love letters to so many fans.

why does Catwoman get an 80th anniversary while Lex Luther hasn't?

Not his best stuff, but its cool to see Charest still doing comic art. His skills are amazing when he doing his best.

>nocenti on catwoman
Imagine having a worse reputation with the character than King.

>it's not Eartha Kitt
trash tier

>preferring a literal ape
Nah user, you just have weird tastes. That “woman” literally looks like a monkey.

>calling Eartha Kitt an ape

>Yes.

Eartha is overrated but you're a faggot

>JIM BALENT,
Oh shit!

not having Balent draw the 90's cover, wtf

what does he do to make money these days? just doing covers can't be paying the bills

Best one

I love it, but I also love the Cooke redesign.
