Owl House is super disappointing but book Two of Infinity Train is legit great along with Amphibia, Glitch Techs is good for a MOTW show and great animation and I haven’t watched Kipo yet

I think Steven Universe may be the only modern serialized cartoon I can think of with threads that aren’t complete shit. SU threads tend to mostly be insightful thoughts and discussions over the show’s lore or character arcs; and while those same threads have their fair share of waifu spam, it’s far more bearable because it mainly focuses on actual waifus like the many different Gems and Diamonds rather than on literal kids.
