It's the so called "magic skirt" effect. Most animated series aren't to have any panty flashing, especially on kids, unless they're explicitly going for fanservice. There are all too many people to blame for not having those anymore, pervs surely must have contributed to this as well.

Mr Enter's opinions in a nutshell:
- If someone does something bad and doesn't get punished for it, it's a bad show
- Good-guy characters should never do bad things unless they learn a lesson from it
- Even bad-guy characters should avoid doing bad things

That's one of the issues people have with it, especially since it's Mr Enter, i.e. a guy who's very serious about criticizing imperfect shows. They also have beef with Enter himself so it's one of those projects that are hated for its creator rather than the content. Now the content, apart from being of poor quality - especially in terms of writing, is also quite strange. And when anons don't get something, they come to a conclusion that it's a weird fetish and therefore has no place on such a wholesome board. Then there are anons who say the premise is only good for one episode and not even pros would be able to turn it into a full series. I think that just about summarizes these threads.

The last one is kinda a bad rule, but I think could be applied to write more interesting villians, who aren't going to to bad things because they are bad, but think of them as either good or they are justified in doing so.
