I like it. It doesn't feel overdesigned, its paying homage to the black and red motif, simple colors, not too slutty (the Daddy's Little Monster outfit was awful) but this is the best I've seen yet. Not that the bar was high...

I really like Injustice 2 Harley's base costume. But that ongoing Harleen mini has what I think is a nice blend of classic Harley and new design elements

Honestly it's a fine design, but it doesn't look like Harley at all.
I still blame the Arkham games for popularizing "harley Quinn but without her iconic dress" because they all just look bad.

I liked in Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn where Harley sneaks back to her apartment in broad day light wearing an obnoxious outfit after committing several felonies, including assaulting an entire police station.

Like her, I was confused when someone found where she lived.

Why a spear? Harley isn't really a stabber, all her signature weapons are blunt objects. This is so strange to me. I wonder if there is any character as inconsistent across media in such a short span of existing. For like 15 of her 25 years she was just a clown and then Arkham sent us down this weird spiral.
