She did help recreate the Realm of Magic and later destroyed it again with a ritual requiring a ton of queens and such with a long cast time.

Father Time said if she uses the spell again it might fuck over time irreparably so you might consider that a reason why she never uses it again, even against the Solarian Knights which are the most OP dangerous thing in the whole show. Or maybe she doesn't know how to use that spell again considering it was accidental.

Star has the most raw potential/power but never really showed she could use stuff like the Spell With No Name, she’s not very skilled

The knights are resistant to magic, I don't think she could just transfigure them and her portal isn't big enough to send them away. But those spells should work on Steven. I do think if he uses the bubble that's pretty much a win condition for Star because she can just open a portal under his feet or maybe hit him with the Jelly Bean Hallucination Mist though perhaps you could argue it wouldn't work while he's in the bubble.
