Honestly most of the characters do a 180 or do shit that prevents me from liking them. Like I like villains and dastardly shit and heros doing morally questionable things but in this show it just strikes a nerve with me.

Oh definitely, though I feel the same about Izzy. They were both really good in Island but as the show went on they kinda became obnoxious caricatures of themselves. Also I feel like the show thought fart jokes were funnier than ....well anyone on earth did. It's funny cuz pretty much all the Owen Jokes revolved around toilet humor but all my favorit ethings about him are just what a fun guy to have around he was. Him and geoff were just really based.

I know I'm in the minority here but I actually enjoyed Sugar. Looking back on it she seems like an amalgam between Courtney and Owen. She has that drive to win and cut throat attribute courtney has while having that plucky dumb luck and grossout humor from Owen. Like she's probably the closest that season has to a "villain" sans Scarlet but she never seems that malevolent. She's weirdly competent at most of the challenges and she's just sorta dumb. Unlike Heather, Alejandro and Scott who are constantly scheming and plotting she only really does it like...2 or 3 times during the season. If anything her Naivete is her most endearing trait. Like sure she's a spoiled brat but she legitimately believed that that one guy was a wizard. Her fucking goal with the money was to become a cosmetologist for Animals. Whenever Heather tricked someone I couldn't help but think "how the fuck is anyone falling for this. She's so obviously a bitch she doesn't even try to hide it" But with sugar she's so dumb and naive I can understand when people trust her. How could this moron be up to anything bad?
