Is Megamind a good movie or bad?

Huh, which one(s) do you think apply? I thought MM going from bored villain to good guy worked pretty well. He was never particularly "evil", but fixated on villainy to give himself a purpose and outlet for expression. Not to say he wasn't doing bad guy things of course or that he completely turned around. He's still hella ego driven even doing good

I like that it embraced the cheesy venture bros. style thing where villains arent really all that evil, and just love the attention and putting on shows.

It's a fucking masterpiece.

It's good but not great. Falls a bit too into the beats of similar movies.

It fell short of meeting the concept and made me wish for a movie that could actually go above and beyond what it tried to do.

It gets what makes a superhero across better than some actual superhero movies. Helps that its basically something of a Superman story minus using the name Superman. You have your Superman, your Lois Lane, your Jimmy Olsen, and your Supervillain.
