You misunderstand. Randy became Kindred, and got all those powers accidentally, FROM the tablet. He’s been in direct contact with it already. Randy may be partially corrupted, a spirit angry that Peter’s actions have upset the balance between the living and the dead. The issue Randy first appeared, along with the tablet, was right after Mysterio’s famous carnival act with the giant version of himself
