OP's negativity aside, is it confirmed Florence Pugh signed for more movies? Because the way she talks about her character feels a little detached...
Granted, she has a cold demeanor but I feel she doesn't seem committed to 5+ years of playing the role, maybe it's just me. Some are even speculating that Yelena and Natasha switched faces and it was her who died in Endgame, meaning that Natasha will come back pretty soon, but I don't think they intended to do that.

True, but a soul is a soul, right? I imagine that him thinking it's really her wouldn't make a difference in terms of emotional impact, as well as the stakes... Someone else's soul isn't worth less your friend's just because you don't know it's them.

Manny actors have, but not all of them commit to the long term and it's why they're killed off. Then again none of the upcoming movies are team ups, they all seem to focus on specific characters with some cameos here and there... There's no "Avengers" yet, so she might just lurk for a while until her time is up to show up again.

He fights like Cap and Panther and Hawkeye and that's the entire point. No schmoe agent would be half as dangerous without the ability to mimic their moves (and Cap and Panther are superhuman). Seems fine to me.

I didn't pinpoint it when I saw Captain Marvel, but now I realize that going back and making prequels was truly the sign that the MCU had run out of creative steam.
The MCU was truly only setup to tell the Infinity Saga, they min/maxxed and put all their chips on it, and yeah they won, but now it's like they are practically starting all over again, except with more baggage and B list (at best) characters.
