Fuck fighting games being sold in seasons and costing hundreds of fucking dollars to complete the god damned cast. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 was $60 Leafbucks and had 59 characters, had singleplayer with replay value, plenty of stages, and a fuckton of music and customization. TMNT has always been a furry series. It's largely responsible for the 80's/90's era of furry cartoons. Anyone who denies this is an Olympic tier mental gymnast.
Old Hob also is still racist against Human mutates, the whole thing was just a big 'fuck you pay attention to me' domestic terrorism attract to make the world take notice of mutants. The only real new mutant that's gonna stick around is Mona Lisa who's a solid fan favorite from past versions.
Mutant town isn't a new concept, hell - even the entire world was mutated in the original Palladium RPGs.
