This got shafted worse than Hanazuki.
I'm still bummed I found out she got a show after it had ended.
Not ended but on hiatus since they are looking for a new art studio.
Provide proof.
No idea what this is.
Looks very generic sir.
I'll miss her.
Cute feet
Why is she plain?
tiny
exquisite
feet
IDK where they were going with this but it looks pretty dead now. How embarrassing.
The potential...
Was creating this and running it into the ground some elaborate way to fuck with Faust and her Galaxy Girls?
Paws. Those are paws.
Was there suppose to be more to this?
Dunno. It's usually difficult to find information on non-network shows. It seemed to be building up to something and the crew looked enthusiastic about the project but it's been quiet for about a year now, at least as far as the Youtube feed goes - nothing but announcements involving the game now.
i thought this looked promising
No more best girl unfortunately
Bottom left looks cute
I watched True and the Ranbow kingdom and Dorothy and the wizard of Oz just so I could forget Hanazuki because I was so bummed it failed.
>her alterlings will never be rescued
F
I thought it's just on hiatus
How long was this show? I watched it alot as a kid.
It only had two seasons, the show lasted for about a year until it was cancelled
You... I... remember you... Where has the time gone? Where has our treasure gone?
Just checked it online and damn, only 26 episodes? I thought there was way more. For some reason I assumed it was relatively popular but I guess not.
They've scrubbed almost all evidence of the brand's existence from their corporate and shopping sites. The IP's site itself is barely maintained, the show is no longer airing on Discovery Family, and there currently exists no (official) way to find and watch all the episodes.
It's been over 2 years since production on the woefully incomplete 2nd season finished, I think it's safe to say they gave up. The show's lackluster merch didn't rake in the big bucks, or much of any bucks, and they weren't going to continue the show on good faith alone.
I wanna hang onto hope as I had an unusual affection for the show myself, but this is just one of those things that happens. There are dozens of young kids' shows made every year, all with the same goal: Get kids to beg their parents for anything related to that show. Most of them don't meet their quota and are silently cancelled with no fanfare, and it looks like Hanazuki was among the casualties of the 2017/2018 fiscal year.
It was able to garner a lot of views on youtube, so that could've been what made you think that, and for a while it somewhat consistently had small threads for it, but it's rough transition to television, alongside bein removed from youtube really fucked it over.
Somewhow a high quality theatrical short didn't help because Hasbro forgot to actually mention before or after the short that it belonged to a series that you could actually watch more of, so nobody knew shit about it and never bothered to look up more.
It gained some traction on tumblr a few years ago, but that faded away not too long after. It sucks with what happened to the show
scratch that, so upset about hanazuki wasn't even looking at the actually reply chain.
I'd think with Time Warp Trio, it along with other shows like it end up getting screwed because Discovery Kids as a whole was ending/eaten into other networks.
How about straight up aborted?
what is this?
looks like that witch cartoon anime crunchyroll was doing or somthing
A chinese animated PV that was meant for a series/movie, but the studio making it got offed so it never came to fruition.
that's sad
what happened to that chinese cgi cartoon about a furry wolf boy martial artist
it deserved to get a final season...
Don't kid yourself, it didn't.
It was just some stupid show that people convinced themselves would totally end up with plenty of lore.
lizzie
It's made by the same guy behind Buzz on Maggie.
those DIY shorts were great
i wish they made more
Does Hanazuki give the best hugs out there, Yas Forums?
Does the original Invader Zim count? There was a movie but the art style and tone changed. I'm concerned the nuOC's won't maintain the edge IZ fan-art is known for.
What things from short-lived shows have appeared on other shows? I'm kinda disappointed in the lack of that.
Evil Con Carne in Billy and Mandy.
Not sure if that counts as small enough, or as what I'm talking about.
I thought this was a still from that shitting unicorn babies ad based on the thumbnail.
There's Goat in Megas XLR, from that 1 show...
That 1 with the little boy and zombie girl, which was weird, since it was typical enough for it's time that you'd think it'd have gotten 1 actual tv season.
Con Carne only had 2 seasons so it counts.
Lots of shows get 26 episodes. To be "short-lived" they at least shouldn't have more than that.
>No one talks about how some Marvel titles tried to blackmail a full 26 episodes out of the stations with cliffhangers in this thread.
>Only 4 aired in the US.
Fuck No, the average number for cartoons is 52-65 half hours. 26 is piss poor compared to that.
By your shit logic, Secret Mountain Fort Awesome and Problem Solverz weren't shortlived.
youtube.com
Only 12 11 minutes long episodes were made and the show got cancelled for no reason, despite it was the highest rated show in the Nicktoons Network during its time. Amy Winfrey lost the rights to keep doing her own work online or in another network. Last time you saw her, she was the director for some BoJack Horseman episodes.
I said 26 was just within it. And yes, there are enough 26 and less episode shows that the 26 ep 1s are just barely worth mentioning in a thread like this.
I’m sad we’ll never get anymore Kiazuki abuse pics
I never even found out who the artist was
Actually, Isn't Starfox a Bucky O'Hare reboot?
Bucky was before Starfox.
dyslexic be might you think I
