It reads like he's talking to a nondescript young adult woman who thinks she's smarter and a better person than she actually is and telling her "hell yeah you are! no matter how much of an airhead asshole you behave like, you're totally a genius hero! the only reason you don't actually behave morally or intelligently is because you're totally a sensitive romantic, and also a pragmatic at the same time! also you're hot gurl!" It's a mixed salad of compliments, presented in a job interview-like "my worst trait is that I work too hard" format.
