Mostly I want more Joe Fixit and less savage Hulk.
Putting Fixit in a lot of situations could be great as long as the writing is better than dogshit.

do a run where its hulk in a campy batman silver era brave and the bold series esque

or shut down into remaking a golden remake where everything is solid with how the origin series in a 10 comic run with heavy art

Hulk runs for president in order to protect Earth from being invaded by some mysterious alien force. He runs against Norman Osborn.

>Lantern Hulks
Hulk meets a group of people who were exposed to gamma radiation like he was except they use different emotions to enter into Hulk form so we have sad Hulk, happy Hulk, fear Hulk, etc. This leads to one massive civil war and power struggle.

Tournament arc where Hulk has to prove he's the strongest there is and he has to rely on Banner's intelligence to help out when his strength alone isn't enough. So basically the start of Planet Hulk but more emphasis on big dumb action.

Hulk: Anger Management

Bruce Banner is implanted with a device that prevents him from becoming angry to the point of him transforming into the Hulk.
Bruce is able to live a semi normal life until The Leader discovers that the method used to keep Banner under control has a secondary purpose of slowly degrading his body, this being heavily increase when he starts becoming anger. The Leader makes it his mission to mess with Bruce in his every day life to make me angry, stealing packages, keying his car, cutting his phone lines to cut off his internet.

Hulk Exiles/Enter the Gammaverse

Hulk travels the multiverse to face off against other Hulks to prove he's truly the strongest there is.

We finally address the fact that Skaar is wielding a knockoff version of the power cosmic and how insanely valuable that is for every evil super scientist and ever since being deHulk'd he's a viable target. Start it up with him getting kidnapped by AIM get a cameo of Monica Rappacini and have him rescued by Scorpion (confirm nothing just address what her and the other SHIELD wetworks people are doing now that SHIELD is gone), have him properly learn to fight with the old power like his mother did now that he doesn't have Hulk strength to back it up, final showdown can be against Doom via Victorious since she's another knockoff Galactus Herald and potentially have him die and get his Gamma back.

A run where Bruce becomes a male version of classic She Hulk. When he hulks out he becomes a fun handsome green gigachad.

Fund it

Hulk, but in a world everyone is a Hulk. Main Hulk is a scientist and eventually gets hit with gamma rays. Everytime Hulk gets mad he turns into human Banner. The whole run is hulk trying not to get mad so he doesnt turn into puny Banner. All the other Hulks constantly make fun of main Hulk for his Banner transformation.

There's bound to be that one person who tries to turn himself into an emotional robot so they won't Hulk out

Immortal Hulk vs Shin Godzilla, as a mini-series.
a.k.a we are all fucked regardless of who wins, assuming they don't just decide to destroy the world together (well, more of Hulk's call since Shin Goji really just wants to stop his suffering)

Hulk: Green Belt

For some reason or another Banner is permanently stuck as Hulk. He has an intelligence level that is the difference between the two, so more or less average. Maybe a little dumb for comedic effect.

In a fight he almost loses the Hulk realizes that he has no fighting skills, only brute strength. So he goes all around the world trying to learn martial arts from various experts. Characters featured would be Daredevil, Iron Fist, Captain America, Task Master, Blade, Maria Hill, Nick Fury, Black Widow and probably Deadpool if only to sell issues. He would lose heart when he comes up against his innate slowness when he gets a pep talk from The Thing who explains the role of the bruiser/tank and that what The Hulk really needs is a team. Lead in to the next arc when he goes looking for a team.
