It was always a simple show. Even Jasper was "resolved" in one episode and a couple episodes later they were back to goofy antics with Jamie lusting after Garnet. The real "issue" with SU was tension always reverting to 0 after a major arc so the kiddies don't get burned out, not the arc conclusions themselves.

I mean, knowing how she turns out it make sense. I just don't like robbing Eclipsa's daughter is all.

Which makes it all the sadder for Steven... good luck ever finding someone he can even remotely relate to in the rest of the universe.
