Seth's style does not suit itself well for attractive looking people. It's not meant to be its a goofy slapstick comedy. Same can be said for Matt Groening's style. futurama being an exception. I don't think I found much if any animated sitcom characters particularly attractive

Toot's default design is cute. It's only when the show goes out of it's way to portray her as ugly (hairy legs, saggy tits, etc.) that she becomes gross.
Normal Betty Boop is actually worse than default Toot. The weird way the bottom of her mouth goes concave like that isn't attractive at all. It was posted in a recent Betty Boop thread but pic-related shows how a fan-art version makes the original version way hotter:

Notice this one actually has space under the mouth on her face. The proportions are completely different but the basic idea isn't bad.
