I've had noice induced high frequency Tinnitus for more than 20 years with a drilling sound in my head.
I often feel like shooting my head off.
Everything is so exhausting and seems so hard to do in life, am I the only one with a shitty life like this?
Can /b relate? How do you cope?
I don't think I will ever experience silence again in my lifetime, should I just finish myself for good? I don't want this.

just say something
I can't relate but my dad can, got it when doing military service. The main way he copes is by listening to calm, mostly low frequency music. Think dungeon synth. I hope you get better user
I never will get better unfortunately, considering suicide after all these years
You will never experience silence again but you can get better. Try to find something to do. Start making music just avoid higher registers.
thanks user, I got it playing the drums originally. Any other anons suffering from this or am I the only one?
at least say something bad won't you, bitch?
I don't user but a close friend does and it sounds fucking awful.
Power to you user i feel for you. Stay strong.
thx that helped
If I anhero I will provide wins
does b not like this?
it must be bad if b isn't making fun of me... kill me please
Don't you fucking dare man. Things WILL get better
Stay strong friend dont let shit like that suck the life out of joyful moments
I have really bad pseudo ciatica, meaning sitting for long, on the hard floor or stretching on the couch is a no no
Focus on the good things, simple as they are
thx I try everyday but can't... drinking heavily now
THANKS, that was lovely! Glad I am not the only one who suffers and hope the best for you.
KYS but livestream it on twitch
When you wake up tmrw I want you to (if possible) take a walk in the woods and listen to the birds and wind and shit. That always helps me when I feel down
If I did I would, but not Twitch, I would go out in style
Music (ambient, drone, space, shoe-gaze, minimalist, etc.) mp3 (flac better) on ear buds (canal phones) so that you hear it but are not listening to it.
- Have droning type noise (pedastal fan with non-sidetoside movement) loud enough just to lessen noise when to sleep. Have it pointing at your feet from across the room.
- Have jootube 10hr thunderstorm clip going in background (with sub-woofer) when at home doing family shit.
Thanks kind man, before I abandon
you should drive to area 51 then you should try running in
Thanks, but unfortunately it is like it is inside me
lol... like the idea
My mother has stress-induced Tinnitus, it also gets worse when she's under a lot of pressure at work...maybe its the same with you?
Don't let it get the best of you and always remember that everyone (!) is plagued by sth. My Sis regularly has migraine, incurable with current medication or exercises.
it is! I like to think that this hopefully helps a lot of people. Protect your ears guys
if you see a ay lmao makesure to report back to Yas Forums

Rape already
i actually have tinnitus myself. picked it up after i OD'd and had a stroke. woke up 12 hrs later deaf and after a few weeks i got some of my hearing back. its been over a year now since that happened and i've gotten most of my hearing back by i always hear the fucking ringing nonstop. makes it a bit of a problem when trying to socialice with ppl so i dont do it much.
im personally kinda scared of developing it in the future myself. played drums for years, mostly with ear protection, but without for a period. i dont have any symptoms rn, and use ear protection again, so im hoping i'll be fine.
always protect, once you hear it, it might be too late
yeah, i'm protecting from here on out and have been for a few years. just went through a rebellious phase in high school of fuck you mom I don't wanna wear ear protection.
