a pretty simplistic but tasty one is red lentils in rice with some chicken broth, 3 ingredients but i could eat it all day erryday

No subscription, although that would be cool if that existed for what I like. Since I'm trying to complete a collection I search all around. Ebay is great, other sites and some stores around here too. They're all closed now, fortunately mail is unaffected, hopefully that won't change.

Just enjoying the cold (NOT!) It's unseasonably cold here today, and will be all week. I can't stand it, it's spring, I want my thunderstorms and warmer weather. Quarantine here doesn't affect me much, my job is considered essential.

whenever you do i'm sure you'll enjoy it, i put the lentils for a few minutes before adding the rice, because they do take a bit longer to get soft, and try to keep the spices mild, as the rice and lentils are a great taste on their own

Do you wash your rice before actually cooking it? Me and my dad started doing it some time ago, rice is far better and softer this way imo

I can't stand the cold. Snow is cool, but I'd give it up for year round warm. Too bad that comes with hurricanes and worse storms. And yes it's nice to not be stuck at home. I know many are losing their jobs, gold to keep working.
