Most Americans make far more money than you do.
We are a generous people.
We serve the entire globe, we give aid to billions, we like to reward our working class, especially when they go above and beyond in their service, and since we aren't scraping by for our next meal like most of you third worlders, we can afford to leave a $5 tip without thinking twice.
I'm sorry you struggle, I'm sure if you approach your local municipalities you can try to secure some American financial aid, we ship out trillions of dollars worth every year to places like Europe and Asia.
