I cannot wait for the inevitable downfall of the over leveraged parasitic landlords. Tenants will organise and not pay and the shit will hit the fan. Ultimately it's the fuckin lenders. Realistically the species needs to take about a year and a half of sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up time until a vaccine is through testing, or it'll just be large numbers of humans vs wide areas of virus dispersion chasing each other around in circles until then. & with the US not doing anything proactively, the death toll should wipe out some pretty massive numbers. BUT, luckily, Banks and Credit Card holders are not taking time off from demanding repayment. So, that drives the entire country to continue needing to be out and about with increasing pressure, raising money to pay their masters, thus ensuring the spread of the contagion continues unabated.
