im all set for ps5 ports at 1080p
Is it complicated being poor or just frustrating?
1070, should last me a longgg fucking time considering I dont play graphics whore games
Calling in all 960-s 2GB
It is time for our final battles.
Just buy a ps5 then. You don't have 500 dollars?
my mobo is from 2011; modern GPU's are unrecognized. not even an rx580 8gb is recognized
1060 6gb here
Haven't seen any good game that requires more, 4k is a meme
>got a 1070, play at 1080p 60Hz
>fps drops below 60 at high/ultra settings in modern games and it drives me nuts
>already want to get a 2070 Super instead
I am this retarded
So basically you can't play most new games then, what type of gamer are you, mayaswell just game on a PS3 then
1650 super
What do u think lads? Solid?
1060. Thinking I might upgrade to a 1080 or a 1660. Kinda wanna use that an excuse to get a new motherboard as well. I have 2 16 gig kits, but only 2 slots.
RX 5600 XT
Got the 1060 3gb in 2016. Was told 3gb was gonna be all I need. I now understand that I do in fact need more then 3gb
2070 super, I love playing shit like Forza Horizon 4 at 4k, with all settings maxed, and still getting 60 fps, it's beautiful. but i only actually play shit like GTA vice city and C&C generals
gpu.userbenchmark.com
my 980 cost 100euros 2nd hand
feel stupid now?
i was like you once; buying new pc parts
are you retarded?
Rtx2080
yeah what the fuck are you going to do? I wasn't going to wait for Super just so you could tell me to wait for 3000 and I wasn't going to wait for 3000 just for you to tell me to wait for the next garbage iteration. If I listened to Yas Forums or /g/ I'd never get a gpu becauseI'd constantly be waiting for the next one.
>760
eh still works
Yeah I would rather save to upgrade the ram, mobo and cpu as well.
I paid 130
2070S
Beautiful
Cool story bro
I prefer new, instead of the used whore of another man
The only things I buy used are old consoles and old games, because I can't get those new
Not even a GTX 980 TI?
2070 Super. Very liberating feeling coming from an RX 480 that had awful overheating problems.
Weak bait but yes, I'm not interested in most new games since the art is all that's good about them usually. The shit that I do care to play can be run at 60-120 fps 1080p comfortably.
>inb4 lol poorfag cant afford 4k for a monitor 30 inches away from your face
They get all burned out from crypto bro, probably not gonna last 2 years before it fries
listen here you goblin; when u buy 2nd hand you have to grab what u can. 980 is already rare since everyone purchased a 970 and honestly 980ti performance can be reached if i oc 980 BUT never needed to not even for rdr2 on ultra
If you get the 2070 super you may as well jump to 1440p/144hz
It's fine if the fps drops below 60 just turn down the settings - you'll find it's mostly psychological
5yo 970, never had any problems and performance has been solid.
I'm inclined to upgrade, but I've heard that the RTX cards have myriad of technical issues, and I'm hesitating if I want to fix something that isn't broken.
980Ti Reporting in
I am the last of my kind.....
1080
rtx can suck my PP
or 1080p/144hz
>why yes I have a 1080ti, how could you tell?
GTX 1050Ti.
Waiting for Nvidia to release their new GPUs with proper prices.
im street smart; i checked out the fb profile of seller. he looked like a good boy/straight cut guy with disposable cash and he was honest speakin guy. basically a redditor cuck
if he was a chav/white trash or a minority i would not have purchased
rx580
probably going to upgrade to ampere card when they release.
I have a 1060 6gb but thinking of upgrading to 2070, should I?
V56
Considering a downgrade, I don't play games much anymore.
if you have 1440p monitor sure otherwise I would wait
Coming up to 5 years with my 980ti, still chugging along on 1440p/144hz somehow
it's fucking impossible to find these new
Maybe that was the issue with the RX 580 I ordered and had to return
Holy shit
>same
Delusional
Same, at 1080p
the issue is this; older mobos support only GPU that have legacy bios or dual bios. most rx580 have only an UEFI bios.
DYOR its a tldr thing
Bought it mid 2015 along with a 4790K and its been holding up really well. Probably won't upgrade again until next year.
i'm still rocking my gtx 770
>Blower GPU
Buy it an aftermarket arctic heatsink and make it last more if the new ampere GPUs are overpriced as fuck again.
i got what i found....if it was a 970 i would of got that. 980 at 100 euros is god tier anyway
if you're still running old cards and 1080p res that is some caveman shit
but, gtx1080 card isn't enough for 1440p/144hz and it sucks, and i doubt even the 2080ti can pull that kind of performance on everything you throw at it
660. It's alright. What's really holding me back is my 4gb of ram. I plan to build a new PC at the end of this year or maybe early next year.
I took a 1060 instead, worked right away
1440p is a meme
Dont fall for it like I did
1440 is a meme
