Why did Yas Forums tell me to buy a switch?

Why did Yas Forums tell me to buy a switch?

Every exclusive is half-baked, and empty. The only games worth buying are deluxe versions of wii u games that add next to nothing.

Who plays these things?

>Nintendo complains about DLC
>Literally sells half completed games on a cartridge big enough to contain the full game

Perhaps the same could be said of all systems...

I'm enjoying it. Sucks to be you, OP.

>Exclusives
found the snoiboi

Should have bought a snoystation and Abby Goes Golfing famm.

Shouldn't listen to consoomers.

>Ever listening to Yas Forums

I want to like the switch. I love the hardware and portability, but Nintendo games are boring as shit. There is no third party support either.

Its a shame, the switch could've been the perfect comfy rpg machine.

So you bought a Switch knowing that you don't like Nintendo's games? As always when someone makes this exact same thread: That's on you, brother. Just return it or sell it.

got one yesterday, it's pretty fun

Your buzzwords are as empty as your friend list.

This absolutely

>Why did Yas Forums tell me to buy a switch?
Sell your switch you retard.
Fuck off.

It can be. It's called Trials of Mana

Nope love nintendo games.

>Mario Party
4 boards, few whack modes
>NSMB
Fun game but wii u pot
>BOTW
Interesting attempt but doesn't create a true Zelda experience, extremely representative and copy paste dev
>Mario maker 2
user created content is sea of shit, nothing good for single player
>Mario tennis
Lmao

Then as a Nintendo fan you should already be well aware that Mario Tennis and most other games are best with local multiplayer. Also: We live in an age where you can watch an entire playthrough of a game if you so choose to determine whether you'll like it or not. This is definitely your own fault and not Nintendo's.

>but Nintendo games are boring as shit
>Nope love nintendo games.
You can't even keep your story straight, but keep sperging like an autist instead of selling it like a normal person.

>Interesting attempt but doesn't create a true Zelda experience, extremely representative and copy paste dev
>Nope love nintendo games.
Wew lad. This bait needs a lot of work

>no third party support
Maybe if literally all you play are AAA normie games
Classic games and indie games are coming out the Switch's wazoo
Try broadening your horizons a bit and getting some taste

I reget getting a switch
i got smash, bayo 2, and botw
its been collecting dust for a while

>There is no third party support
are you fucking retarded?

IMO Smash really isn't worth it unless you're regularly going to have people over for multiplayer. I played the shit out of BotW and Mario Odyssey though. Still need to pick up Bayo 2.

If you bought it as your sole gaming device you're going to be disappointed. There's a reason it's more often than not a Switch+PC combo.
t. tendie
what games do you have though?

This is probably the most underrated Switch exclusive. It's Mario meets XCOM.

I think what really holds the switch back as a whole is the dog shit online, specifically the lack of servers
if you aren't mostly enjoying single player, theres no fucking point. fuck smash, fuck arms, fuck splatoon. I want fucking servers and not peer2peer.

That's why it's dumb to want Nintendo to go back to making traditional consoles. They could release something twice as powerful as the Series X but they're not even close to having an online service like PSN or XBL.

>They could release something twice as powerful as the Series X
thats the second thing, their consoles have been really behind in power since the wii. I want good online and 60 fps.
even the first party games on switch struggle to perform and its laughable. but good ole ancient nintendo gets a pass for fucking everything.

Yep, that's the thing. Nintendo will never catch up and have a modern online service. Even if they released a super console, it would be hobbled by their shitty Japanese decisions. They really need to outsource their online infrastructure to a western company that actually knows what they're doing.

Are people really playing online over wifi?

Xcom or nu-xcom?

Yes, the vast majority of console owners in general are playing on wifi. I don't think zoomers even know what an ethernet cord is.

The new games but I like them a lot.

There isn't a console with good online. Nintendo's is the worst, but pretending any one of them is good is nonsense. No console has had online gaming as good as PC had two decades ago. Most PC games have worse online than PC had two decades ago.
I fucking hate how restrictive and inflexible online gaming has become on average. I'd give anything just for lobbies and self-hosted servers to make a widespread comeback.

>buying
There's your mistake OP. You buy a switch for the free exclusives

I play those indie games on pc since they're free
