Attention everyone! Torque is MY wife! If you are using her, stop doing so IMMEDIATELY! As her husband, only I may have her on my squad. Thank you.
Attention everyone! Torque is MY wife! If you are using her, stop doing so IMMEDIATELY! As her husband...
Didn't you have enough already with the flame atronach? user...
>a grown man unironically typed this out
>a grown man unironically played this game
your wife was fucked by me man
Supposedly VA wasn't even informed that she's voicing an alien snake.
>a grown man
i think you mean a based man
You should probably speak to your wife because she absolutely fucked Whisper.
Dude everyone has fucked your wife
thing is, you're waifu is actually a copy of the original character she's based off of. everyone else has their own copy. so it doesn't matter if they use your waifu in their games, because that is not your copy of the waifu, it's their copy.
Or you could legally marry your waifu, like that one guy did with a character named 'Nene Anegasaki'
She legally can't be anyone else's wife.
he married his copy of Nene. my copy of Nene is not married to him, and thus can be my waifu.
Is Chimera squad worth it?
No point in asking the general, but the cheap price might tell me it'll last like 4 hours and thats it.
>commit violent crime
>get free snek hug
how is there not a school shooting in City 31 every single day?
Ok. I have a viper gf, it's a different one :)
is the original miku a class?, if so your instance wont stay the same if she changes
the campaign is around 20 hours long
for 10 bucks is a good deal, it introduces some fun ideas to the XCOM formula, my only real issue is the lack of permadeath
For me, it's Triangle man
I'm having a good time with it. It takes a while to unlearn all of the lessons the past two games taught, but I think it's well worth the price. The characters are cool, and there's much greater enemy variety which keeps encounters varied. The story itself is passable, but the dialogue and VA work is trash. For ten bucks it's well worth it though.
12 hours in i am past half of the game i think. For the most part game balance is fine but for some ungodly reason one of boss fights was over tuned, if you didnt bring cartload of cheese in forn of mind control/reprogram you are utterly fucked.
>room full of high level guys and boss guy that just skips turn orders, oh and you have to hack two switches at the opposite sides of room within first turn otherwise another trio of high end adds spawn.
>You survived all that ? Guess what, go fuck yourself another room with even more ayyyliens and another boss that makes zombies and can heal itself to almost to max with one ability.
BOOM BOOM CRASH
That's how long it takes to breach into a room full of cute snakes. Why haven't you joined XCOPS yet?
Alright grabbing it then , thanks lads.
no problemo friendo, if you are subscribed to humble bundle you get an extra 20% off, just saying
unfortunately this month's HB sucks
its 10 bucks already, which is crazy cheap imo for a new release, that's rare.
If you're just starting out, here's a tip: focus on armor ASAP. Unlike Xcom 2, you can't assume that perfect play will let you avoid damage. You WILL be taking hits, and it's important that you don't have your guys go down too often, otherwise your scars will get debilitating and you'll spend valuable time healing them when you could be training to boost HP.
they probably didnt have much cash for marketing, ergo the discount and surprise announcement, to gather some quick hype
Why does he hate Particle Man so much?
Snaketits is honestly the only marketing they needed. Half of the people I know got it because they wanted to fuck Torque.
>Unlike Xcom 2, you can't assume that perfect play will let you avoid damage.
id argue that doesnt happen in XCOM either, atleast XCOM 2, the game has some complete bullshit moments sometimes, to the point some missions are basically impossible without some godly luck
i dont know if this was an intentional dumb design choice to increase difficulty or just the procedural generation messing up
You know it.
Sad they had absolutely no voice direction and none of them knew they were playing alien, how do you fuck that shit so badly.
He kinda looks like he's from Deus Ex
Your appointment to XCOM should be finalized within the week
Not sure how the world got to here in five years post XCOM 2 but I don't like it.
Alright who do you think is the most durable of characters?
Tried cherub but even with phalanx he can't hold as much as torque with her stupidly high dodge rating.
Havent seen much of axiom yet but without realiable hp regen seems like he is better off as bruiser.
Verge, his neural network healing is substential but you really need time to set him up.
I wish they'd update this game with better alieny voice acting but they probably wont.
Your appointment to XCOM should've finalized within the week, I've already discussed the matter with the advisor
>I take it he was agreeable?
He didn't really have a choice
>Has he been mind controlled?
Oh yes, when I mentioned I could put him on the priority list for a snake gf, he was so willing it was almost pathetic
i take it Bradford was agreeable
Torque is far and away the hardiest character. 90% Dodge is insane. You can have her stand out in the open for multiple rounds and she'll be fine. Really, just equipping the 50 Dodge armor mod is enough to make any of the characters practically invincible.
She might be your wife, but she's my cocksleeve.
Do any of you guys know how to set the game as what launched when I click the game in my steam library? It skips the drm shit and telemetry shit so I can play it while doing my shitty night guard night shift without internet. I can just navigate and open it that way but I was hoping for a more elegant solution.
