If we're talking about the OP, you need to learn the difference between a platform and a publisher. Youtube is within their rights to censor certain things, but that means they also have more obligations. The huge issue is that they are acting as a publisher by censoring very discriminately while still keeping the broader protections of a platform.

The bakery was happy to make the cake for the gay customers, just not to support gay marriage with the decoration because it's against their core beliefs.
A baker or an artist can refuse to oblige your idea for a design, whether it be a swastika or a progressive message.
They can't refuse service all together based on your sex, race, sexuality, etc though.

If a big business is refusing money for their services that opens up a niche for someone else to make that money if the demand is large enough. Freedom of speach isnt about being able to shout that you hate niggers from your porch.

It encompasses everything. If a platform is giving you the option to express your opinion, it should allow free speech by LAW. It does not matter that it is virtual and not in real life - those line are blurring. Online games aren't meant to be an outlet for your political opinions. Video game developers should be under no obligation to protect speech that is unrelated to their product.

Youtube, on the other hand, is a major global media system that has chosen to make itself available for public usage. Because of that they should be scrutinized for any actions that undermine the government protection of free speech, even if they are a private business.

Free speech means you can't be arrested for speaking out against the government, it doesn't mean private property ceases to exist. While I'm on the subject, it also doesn't mean you can do things like make death threats to people and play the "free speech" card to get out of it, free speech is not actually a free pass to say literally and absolutely anything you could possibly want to anybody you want, in any setting and context that you want. There have always been limits.
