There is a difference between killing and disintegrating. There are chunks of whatever the BFG kills left. Cell can regenerate from a single cell. Don't be retarded.

Cell can regenerate from a single cell. Goku and co mistakenly thought he couldn't regenerate if they blasted away the core. Gohan was only able to kill Cell by disintegrating every cell at once.

Not necessarily since Cell treasures power itself and Joker's cognition is more powerful than his physical self, PLUS Cell would be open to things that can change his cognition and make his cognition fuck up. For example implanting the idea that he will never be as powerful as Goku or something

The point is that Goku always starts off losing, then he "gets serious" and starts winning, then for one reason or another he starts losing again and someone else has to step in and save his neck. I'm sure if they say Cell trained for a week and a half, he'd be stronger than Goku, but Goku would beat him anyway until they introduce 21 for Cell to absorb, and then they'll have Krillin beat Cell somehow. Or something.
